'Nice place, lacked extra blankets, no hot tub towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and basically no dish soap for a 7 day stay. Some of the furniture needs steam cleaned or replaced. Communications was great.'

'We loved this place and plan to return. It was exactly as described, very clean, host was very accommodating, located close to stores and restaurants, friendly neighbors, great fishing and the view of the lake and wildlife was outstanding! We highly recommend this place and hope to return!'

'We had a wonderful time in an interesting place. POSITIVE: Plenty of space, plentiful hot water, first-rate shower-head, basic snack set up with frig, microwave, a big sink area (but with one sink out-of-commission), a comfortable bed, TV, and off-street parking. BUT: Almost nothing is new and you have to co-exist with some supplies like (a mountain of fresh) towels. There is useable desk space, plenty of chairs for a couple, lots of kitchen hardware including a coffee pot with LOTS of coffee,...

'This was close to the airport which was exactly what we needed. Excellent communication from host. She was fabulous. The house was clean and remodeled. My kids loved the game room. There were thoughtful touches such as snacks and coffee and a label on the touch lamp so you knew how to work it. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this house.'

'This home was located close to everything we wanted to see. Great neighborhood and a beautiful view of the lake! Evan was an awesome host and I highly recommend this property.'

'Our little family enjoyed the cozy accommodations. We took our small dog walking on the path around the lake across the street. Saw Heron and turtles. We also hiked in Cuyahoga Valley National Park about 25 minutes from the house. The coffee, snacks and water at the house were much appreciated.'

'Very cool property. Art was interesting throughout the property. Enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Great for a large party to spread out or come together. We saw three deer in the yard—plenty of room for parking. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Great fridge space. Would like a bed on the main level for family or friends who have trouble with stairs. If you are in Akron, I highly recommend a stay at this unique property.'

'The house seemed plenty big enough for our stay. Decorated really cute. We appreciated the coffee supplies and access to a washer and dryer as well as detergent and dryer sheets. House is well stocked with necessities. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and the house has a big yard. Host communication was excellent.'

'My friend and I just stayed at this rental for 4 nights. It was fantastic with everything we needed. I don't remember the listing mentioning it being a duplex; there are folks upstairs but they were quiet. It was very clean, very comfortable, and our host was wonderful in accommodating us in requesting one more night a week prior to our stay. 'We were in a get-away to Cuyahoga Falls National Park. While there we visited Canton OH for the William McKinley Presidential Library. All within easy driving distance. The home was delightful and well supported. We had access to the garage, three bedrooms and a basement with a lovely large shower. Lots of space to spread out. THe small but delightful backyard also had a fire pit that allowed us to enjoy a cool evening around the fire. I would highly recommend this property. '

'My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the little white house. The hosts decorated it for the Easter Holiday, which was an excellent touch. They provided a coffee bar, hot chocolate bar, and snacks to enhance the experience. The covered hot tub was fantastic, with an outside TV and a fenced-in yard for the pups. There's a grill, a fire pit, and an area to enjoy your meal outside. We had a pleasant stay and would go again.'

'Felt at home as soon as we walked in. We would stay again if ever visiting Cuyahoga for more hiking.'

'Overall, the house met our needs. The host was very responsive and super helpful. There were a few janky things about the house itself - the bottom stair is mostly broken, the stairs (inside and outside) have varying depths/heights, the sinks/vanity tops are flimsy, and doors are not all sized correctly. The house accommodated our 9 guests. '
