'Property was exactly as listed with plenty to keep the kids occupied. The property is in a great location, where it is close to everything but you still have privacy. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of cookware and outdoor items. Fenced in back yard was a life saver with kids and pets! No issues whatsoever, stay was wonderful. The beds are great, but the huge sofa in the living room was beyond comfortable! We will definitely be back to visit again.'

'This cottage has potential. Unfortunately, it was very poorly maintained. Dirty base boards, mold in the shower (which was tiny), ice encrusted freezer with one measly ice cube tray, no coffee, liquid lavender bath gel which isnt idea for allergy prone folks, ripped love seat amd torn coverings on the little dinette chairs. The heat wouldn't turn on and inside was 64. Everyneeds a good scrubbing and the outside patio area needs stained and painted!! It was our worst experience at a VRBO ever!'

'It was just ok, served its purpose. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and close to the beach, then this place will work. Everything was dated but worked. The pictures of the unit on the internet was not the unit we were assigned. Also, please fix the way you communicate with the customer. The goofy message thing you’re using is not effective. Especially when the customer is trying to reply to you. Please put a sign up for where unit D is supposed to park, that would be helpful. '

'Abby was very helpful since we had not been to Jacksonville Beach before! A well-appointed unit with very comfortable beds and everything you would need in the kitchen/living area. The only issue was no designated parking though we were able to park on the street close by.'
