I tried calling once more the day of and same thing no answer. so I called Expedia who also called and got no answer. I finally got a text late that day giving check in instructions. I sent screenshots and advised that I was unable to reach the staff, and was told a refund could not be issued because it was after 24hrs but I attempted well within the grace period. 'The property stated it had air conditioning, that’s why I booked it. After arriving at the property. There wasn’t any air conditioning. And the bed was very dirty. Had to leave right then.'

'No bathroom light in room 6, for the men’s. Loose floor tile in front of sink in the men’s bathroom. Half ass cleaning job. No anonymity whatsoever. Staff talk to you any kind of way they one. No parking on site, that sucks. They will throw away ur food if it doesn’t have ur name on it. And there’s no pots or pans on site to cook with.'
