'The hotel is great, quiet very close to a bike trail, subways stop, a nice Indian restaurant, and World Trade Center. Clean rooms, hot water, fridge in room. Our only problem was that at check in I had my husband’s name on the reservation and he wasn’t there, so it took a while to go through Hotels.com to get the name on the reservation transferred. Not the fault of the hotel, but a good lesson to make sure the reservation is under the right name if you’re reserving through a third party. Great...

'Directions on Google Maps were a little confusing. Didn't like seeing all the trash in front of the building next to empty lot. Didn't realize there would only be vwlet parking. Staff was excellent. Front desk workers were especially friendly.'
