'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. 'The rooms were nice and clean, excellent amenities but what stood out most of was the staff. We had a plumbing issues at one something in the morning. I called the front desk and explained the situation. The young lady advised to come to the front desk. She switched our room quickly apologized for the inconvenience.
