'Large room, very helpful staff, clean, $10 uber ride to downtown, safe and great breakfast. Extra care on French toast for my daughter with celiac (very sensitive) was very appreciated.'

'They accommodated us at the last minute. Despite the hotel being full and the evening front staff being run off her feet, she was unfailingly cheerful with everyone. Very professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent.'

'Paper thin walls, people in next room might as well have been in our room talking. Placed us a room on the “first floor”, which was really a basement corridor. Room shared a wall with the laundry and maid prep area = noise from that side starting early every morning. Had to run the gauntlet of cigarette smoke to enter the building, mostly regulars from the dive bar/resto hanging out front smoking. Als je meerdere dagen blijft is dat wel een ding met zware koffers. Het bed was echt een drama. Netjes was het wel, het had een bepaalde uitstraling, iets wat gedateerd. 'Check in staff were great and allowed us to check in early which was great, however the staff and service at the restaurant was just terrible overall, so I’ll leave it at that. Overall the hotel is showing its age and is obviously due for an upgrade/ refresh. Definitely not up to “Sheraton” standards that’s for sure. It’s definitely not the same Hotel Newfoundland it used to be that’s for sure.'

'Friendly staff, very clean room, huge parking'

'Super friendly staff and well located to use the local Metrobus system. Pub food is ok for a couple of days but we really missed our daily veggies and fruits so we just went to other restaurants close by. The room cleaning staff forgot to change our wet towels 2 or 3 times but we could easily resolve this directly with the receptionist. Thanks again for everything.'
