'There were not enough towels for 2 people nor enough bedding. When I called about this I was told that they'd bring more the next day!! The place might have been fine if there was appropriate basics. The upstairs sofa bed is barely even a bed and is just a foamy. The interior needs more repair. Stairs were not safe and are just layers of plywood that are separating. We wound up going over to the Sheraton and stayed there instead. They saved our trip!!! Now I have to try a get my money back. 'This is the cutest little property. Very cozy and inviting. It was nice to be out of downtown St.John’s but still within walking distance. Quidi Vidi is a perfect little community. All the amenities we needed were in the room. They even had ground coffee for us ready to go, however I thought it to be unsanitary to have the little scoop left in the container. Not sure when the last time that was washed. My only real complaint was the sub par cleanliness. I ended up buying a pack of Lysol wipes...

'It was a beautiful view & sunrises worth getting up for. It is quiet & peaceful place. Did not realize I was sharing washer & dryer with people downstairs. Both doors unlocked and person knocked briefly once and walked through the door without allowing me to answer. He said he had a key and was allowed to use washer/dryer. Would of been nice to know. But after that no issues. No screens in living room and patio door not able to open. Missed that fresh air coming in as that would of been all part...

'Lovely home overlooking the water. We saw minke whales frolicking in the cove from the second floor great room window. There is an amazing walking trail a short walk from the house that offers beautiful, unspoiled views. The host was very responsive and the rooms were clean.'

'Very happy with our accommodations, the place was super clean, everything that we needed (or might need) was provided, and it was a very comfortable place to stay. It's reasonably close to downtown, easy walking distance to the George St. area.All in all, we would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in St. John's.'
