'Communication with the host was excellent but below are a few items that need to be addressed. Was not what I expected. While the bedroom size was nice, the kitchen and living area were much smaller than anticipated. There were also several safety concerns, including multiple electrical outlets missing covers and no visible fire alarms. In addition, the kitchenette electrical system appeared overloaded — using more than one appliance at a time risked tripping the circuit breaker. To top it off,...

'The property was beautiful and very clean. The windows made it very bright and open. At night however the moonlight kept it bright making it a little difficult to sleep. Thank you for the two fans they were critical as there was no AC and it would get hot and a muggy in the room. We would air out the place when would return as it did not take long to heat up. The soaking tub was amazing. We both were able to sit in it together. A recommendation would be to add some dimmer switches in both...

'We had a great vacation at your property Just one thing was someone made noise after 10 pm from balcony or some other unitAlso front door couldn’t lock by keyBut we can in and out from garageThank you so muchI would like to return next summer'

'Was a very pleasurable stay. Private parking in the garage door access garage for building dwellers only. One of the “bedrooms” was actually a closet with a bed in it. Made for lots of laughs when we were looking for the extra bed/bedroom upon checking. Made for good use of the space and to accommodate more guests.'

'Great property and you can't beat the location. Opening the windows and hearing the ocean at night was amazing. The balcony gives you a nice view of the ocean. There is a lot to do in Half Moon Bay and it's less crowded than other areas.'

'This house has some terrific features -- five spacious bedrooms and four baths. The house is well supplied with essentials like dental items, Q-tips, foil, and lotions, Every drawer and cabinet are labeled. There is a washer and drayer. The kitchen/dining area is cozy but it works well with a circular couch. There is no stove but there is a hotplate, coffee maker, water heater, microwave and toaser. Good additions would be a broom and some dish towels. However, there are over 40 steep steps down...

'Pros: great location especially if you are catching a flight from SFO. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed.Cons: the check in process was not good. The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. We didn't get responses promptly. Make sure to bring ear plugs as it gets noisy at night with the aircrafts coming in and out of SFO.Suggestions:...

'Incredible view and location! Host was super responsive and prompt in answering our questions. We’d love to come back again sometime.'

'Clean; cheerful! Wonderful location.'

'We didn’t know until we arrived that there was only one bathroom for 5 rooms, which was an issue for us (seniors). It reminded me of college days. We arrived after dark and the lack of lighting from the driveway to the front door on the side of the building ended up being an issue for us. The other renters were fairly considerate and quiet. The refrigerator was quite full and didn’t have well-marked areas for each room and there seemed to be extra food than just the people staying there. We had...

'The Nantucket Penthouse was an amazing place to stay! It is decorated a little on the contemporary side, and the colors are beautiful! We had 2 adults in the master bedroom with a king bed and 3 teenagers upstairs in the loft. 2 Queen beds. The loft area has a lot of space and a good cooling system if it is a warm day or night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed including a cuisineart coffee pot and pod coffee maker which made the best coffee in the morning. We ate out a...
