'This townhouse was very clean and in a great location; getting in and out could not have been easier. The host was great in terms of availability and communication.I would just suggest that the description of the townhouse note that the stairs between the upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs (where the bathroom is located) are narrow and steep (perhaps a picture of the stairs could be included; they're not a deal-breaker but good to be aware of) with a step-down from the bedrooms to the landing...

'Great place ! 10 minutes from Harvard, not expensive. If ya want the Ritz, spend the money. Otherwise this place is bigger that in the pictures, very spacious. Easy check in. Yes its up a flight of steps. open the first door with a keycode and the steps lead directly to the apartment. Big kitchen, clean , comfy. Yes, the beds are hard. Its not like its a cheap mattress , it just seems like its super ultra firm. But hey, its a great price, 10 minutes from Cambridge. Yeah the parking spot is...

'This was a lovely bottom duplex in a quiet neighborhood. An off the street parking space is included. Yet while it is a residential street there are several restaurants in walking distance and less than five minutes to a large outdoor mall with lots of chain restaurants. The apartment itself is spotless. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Laundry is in the basement, so to use it you must be able to do some steps, but it worked well. '
