'Beautiful place! Its always nice when a property has a dining table and living room seating for the number of guests that it sleeps. This house was well decorated with Kansas City items. We were just there for an overnight stay but this would make a great base for a weekend stay.'

'This house was exactly what we needed! It's the perfect spot to entertain, the open kitchen to the living room made it perfect to graze food, and have the football games on. And lets not forget about the amazing pool and hottub. Plenty of towels, floats and even a fun ring toss game! The best part of the stay though had to be the beds.....probably the most comfortable mattress, sheets, pillows and comforter we have ever felt! To the point that every couple looked up the brands so we could order...

'We got to visit family that lives in town, saw friends from MN, and enjoyed Strang Hall ( downtown Overland Park) and great gelato! '

'This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The house is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, and close to the city (we were visiting my daughter who lives in downtown KC). Beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was huge and well-equipped and we loved the screened-in sun porch in the mornings. Nothing but great things to say about this place.'

'Interesting older home and neighborhood to explore. Close to many attractions. Very dog friendly with small fenced yard. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay. We will book again when we return to KC'

'I needed a place close to the stadium and this fit the bill perfectly. I apparently didn’t throughly read the description that my unit was upstairs but that wasn’t a problem. I had difficulty getting the gate code to work, but Willy came right over and all was well. The place was perfect for me. As for other reviews, I did not have any ant problems and the place was clean. Being from So. CA I loved the hundreds of fireflies at dusk. I would recommend. Just be aware of it being upstairs. '

'We had 6 family members from ages 16 to 88 & we really enjoyed our stay. The property is clean & has all the gadgets necessary for an enjoyable stay. We'll be back. '
