Loop overal vanaf deze uitzonderlijke Westside-locatie dicht bij Drake Park in het hart van Bend. Gebouwd tijdens de bloeitijd van Bend Mill, is deze ambachtelijke bungalow liefdevol gerenoveerd tot een open plattegrond met veel licht. Gevuld met authentieke Bend-charme en alle moderne voorzieningen, komen zonnige Franse deuren uit op een groot afgesloten terras met gasgrill, buiten dineren en uw eigen privé-bubbelbad. Geniet van fantastische eigentijdse afwerkingen en luxe meubels van ‘Mountain Modern’. Verzamel 'rond de open haard en kijk een film op de gigantische 65 "Smart QLED TV, of speel games met familie en vrienden. Bereid een onvergetelijke maaltijd voor in de volledig uitgeruste gastronomische keuken met een zitje voor 6 en 4 extra tegenkrukken.

Slaap lekker op hoogwaardige matrassen met prachtige bedden in Europese stijl en luxe beddengoed. Er zijn twee slaapkamers in het huis. Slaapkamer heeft een gigantische 65 "Smart QLED TV met ligbad met grote inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Tweede slaapkamer bevat een hoogwaardige California king matras. Douche bad combo in de grote badkamer, om te genieten na een dag vol avontuur.

Stapelbed huis is een extra ruimte gescheiden van het huis.  Loop door de binnenplaats en geniet van een apart gedeelte dat volledig is uitgerust met een 75-inch Smart QLED TV, Xbox en DVR. Mooie grote sectionele met twee theaterstoelen en een slaapbank voor extra gasten.  Geweldige ruimte voor koppels of kinderen.

Als u Bend verkent, loopt u in enkele minuten naar Mirror Pond en de rivier de Deschutes, over een charmante voetgangersbrug en naar het hart van de binnenstad. Loop een paar blokken naar 10 Barrel Brewing, en al het plezier op Galveston Ave, of spring op een cruiser-fiets om de Bend-wijken te verkennen op weg naar het rivierpad, de Old Mill en Les Schwab Amphitheatre. Pak een vers sapje of broodje bij Mothers ’of loop naar Ariana’s lekker eten en vele andere leuke winkels, restaurants, brouwerijen en koffie.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Deschutes Bungalow. It was one of the best vacation rental homes that we have stayed at, and we come to Bend at least once a year. The house is immaculate and so well appointed with everything we needed for our vacation. The location is ideal and so close to restaurants and a short walk from downtown. The large hot tub and bikes were an extra added bonus. Easy check in and out! We will definitely be back to this location!

Great rental in a great area of Bend OR

The house was spotless and included everything we needed for a great stay. The hot tub was clean and the house had a separate nice little bunk house an and lots of private outdoor space to enjoy. It is located in a nice area of expensive homes with walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Would definitely stay here again if back in Bend. The only complaint is all the fees added almost doubled the price. VRBO need to add in all of the fees to the price.

This place was just right. An easy walk to Spork. Market of Choice is super close. Century Drive is just a few roundabouts away. The beds were comfy. Even the towels were soft! I’d go back in a heartbeat. This place was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Deschutes Bungalow. A great location so near downtown and yet a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was an added bonus...clean and very relaxing. Super cute home

We had a wonderful time staying in Bend and this was their perfect place to stay. The house was clean and super cute. We were able to walk to breweries, the park, and dinners. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Perfect Bend Vacation Spot

Central location

My husband and I along with my in laws stayed here during our son’s wedding festivities. Great central location between Deschutes River restaurants, walking and shopping and the Shevlin Park wedding location. The home was easy to find and well appointed as we cooked any meals, and comfortable. My only advice is bedroom 2 has a very high platform bed and I would be concerned with elderly or children under 5 sleeping there just to note. The second living area was perfect for taking work calls and watching tv away from the main house.

Great setup in amazing location

We visited to ski Mt. Bachelor and explore Bend and had a wonderful time. This home is perfectly located with walkable restaurants, markets and a neat food truck block. The home has very comfortable beds, a nice kitchen and hot tub.

Great Spot

The house was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make meals when we wanted and the location is excellent - walkable to Old Town and even closer to The Lot for great food trucks, other tasty restaurants, and plenty of beers. And the hot tub was a welcomed and relaxing option after a day at Mt Bachelor. Highly recommend!!

The home was perfect for 2 couples. Very neat and clean. Can’t beat the location. 2 blocks from 2 breweries and many food trucks. Short walk to downtown. Definitely would stay here again. The only negative is that 2 bicycles need maintenance.

Awesome location!

We were in town for a concert, meeting another couple from the Seattle area. This house is perfect for two couples! It is so clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood, walking distance to markets and many restaurants. We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning. The house has everything you could possibly want. The bikes are such a nice touch. Next time we hope to use the bbq!! The casita in the back is also such a nice addition although, we didn’t use it. We will definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it!!!

Everything about this place was amazing. UNTIL we had a service technician show up unannounced and with no uniform on. (STRANGER DANGER) Talk about scared to death!!!! But the property manager seemed not to care. Good thing no one was hurt or naked. What an invasion of privacy with no follow up or compensation. RUDE

To say we loved this property is an understatement. It is even better than the listing. It's got a phenomenal location, while there are a lot of people around depending on the time of year, the fully fenced property makes it feel like your own oasis. We felt so comfortable here!

I loved this property. It was just as advertised. It is very close to food trucks and 2 breweries. The bikes were the best!! Easy ride to downtown, less than a mile. After biking downtown, it was nice to relax in the spacious hot tub! Property was clean and easy to access. Plenty of room for 4 adults. I would highly recommend!

Great location and house

The location is walking distance to awesome restaurants and parks. the house is super cute and clean and the outside space is nice. the master bed is really comfy. the hot tub hit the spot for my husband who did a triathlon there. the bikes were fun too. we rode over to the stores along the river and did some shopping. the only thing missing was a tool to adjust the seats on the bikes. Overall a lovely place to stay & we plan on coming back.
