'My best friend and I had the pleasure of staying at the Haywood Park Hotel the first weekend in October. We were pleasantly surprised with everything from the moment we pulled up until the moment we checked out. The valet parking is surprisingly affordable and convenient. It was so nice to not have to worry about parking. Our room was spacious and beautiful. And, everything in downtown Asheville is walkable. We plan to go on this trip every year from here on out and will stay at the Haywood Park...

'If you want everything perfect go to super 8 but this place is awesome! Nice clean room, friendly staff, and beautiful property. You’ll get squeaky floors and no tv in your room. But you’ll get something away from the typical. Support local in this great little mountain town and enjoy a night without the tv blaring. '

'One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. 'It was right down the road from the event hall. Close enough to walk to. Downtown was a fun with some really good food. Front desk was helpful and made getting check in a breeze.'
