'Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. While Inn is not new nor full of modern features, it is spotlessly clean and offers a very nice quiet, safe retreat for us older adults. Will definitely plan on returning on our future trip to the area. '

'The Hotel itself was great the booking experience was horrible I was charged for 3 nights and was only there 2. A mistake was made and I was booked in 2 hotels the same day and Expedia and hotel would not help me CHANGE not get a refund on the bookings I had. Any one should have seen the booking for 2 rooms same day 2 different addresses no help at all with fixing '

"This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks!
This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns"
