'Loved Outpost Inn; highly recommend and can't imagine staying anywhere else in town -- incredible vibe, great coffee shop and wine bar, lots of cute spots to sit inside and outside. It felt like the place in town when all the younger, cooler (young meaning, 50 and under, ha) hang out. I loved my room, which was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the free drip coffee in the mornings. And wow, the weather in Highlands can't be beat in the summer.'

'Liked the atmosphere in the lobby, bar and rooms but restaurant very pricey for dinner so ate elsewhere in town. Rooms were spacious and very nice. Stayed during an extreme heat wave so a pool would have been a real plus.'
