'My husband and I had such a magnifcent stay at Hollee's property! The property was impeccable and was the getaway we so much needed. The location was perfect (close enough to the small towns, hiking trails, etc., yet far enough to make feel you are escaping the hustle and bustle of life). 'We ate breakfast every morning on the back deck with our dog, Magnus. Trails galore to walk him on. The ones with rushing water beside them were so calming. After our walks, the hanging chairs on the front porch were a dream to hang out in with a cool drink and my Nintendo Switch. For dinners with a big dog; we were able to eat at the Lake House Restaurant on the lower deck where the boat slips are, at the Highland we were able to walk him through and eat on the back deck, and behind the Tiki...

'This is an amazing cabin! Very clean! No issues whatsoever. Tucked away with privacy and the tranquility of hearing the stream right beside of the cabin was great! It was close to everything! We will be back!!!!'

Amenities were VERY limited, and when some yahoo rode by oou patio on some kind of ATV for an unexplainable reason at 8AM the morning after we arrived- that woke us up. 'Popcorn and a movie' the following night was equally disappointing. Yes, the movie played, but no popcorn offered, and the latte machine near that area didn't work. Staff was friendly and as accomodating as they could be, but this place is still a work in progress.'

'Such a cool place to stay. 15 minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway with beautiful Mountain views from the front porch of my cabin. Each cabin has two rooms but if you’re just renting one, they won’t put strangers next door...so you have the place to yourself. Staff was so nice. I didn’t eat meals there but found it very charming that they serve family style and even ring a bell when it’s time to eat. The whole stay was like taking a step back in time in the best way. I’ll definitely be back.'
