'We had a terrible stay at the Westin on St. John. Unfortunately, this luxury hotel gave away our room even after I had called to confirm that we would be one day late due to airplane issues and we understood that we may have to pay for that night. When we arrived on St. John and went to the desk, we were told that we had been a no-show and they gave away our room. Luckily there was one studio left, but we had paid for a two bedroom. 'It's such a comfortable hotel, all amenities are there in the room. The kitchen even has a blender.
The views are spectacular, the bed very comfortable and the location fantastic.
I loved Coki beach and taking day trips to St. John and jost van dyke.
Definitely recommend this place.'

'Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try.
Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore.
They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow.
Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them.
