'The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio.
We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.'

'Most of the staff was rude, amenities that were included online was not provided most if the staff not all was rude Leah at the front counter was very nice and helpful also the room had roaches at least the room that was assigned to me I would not stay here again'

'The air-conditioning situation is a major situation. It's already hot out and to come back to your room and it's stuffy and warm just doesn't cut it. There is no type of maintenance person to fix these things. Although the staff is excellent I want to be comfortable and accommodated for what I paid for. '

'It's such a comfortable hotel, all amenities are there in the room. The kitchen even has a blender.
The views are spectacular, the bed very comfortable and the location fantastic.
I loved Coki beach and taking day trips to St. John and jost van dyke.
Definitely recommend this place.'

'Super great staff, bed was extremely comfortable especially for me having back issues. Probably the best property you can stay at in st croix. The drinks were excellent, food at the restaurant onsite was very good also. '

'First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available.
Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night.
They need to make that gate higher anyone can...
