'Hotel ligt leuk aan het strand. Wel een echt Amerikaans type hotel, motelachtig. Geen lift naar hogere verdieping. Eenvoudige kamer, wel schoon en goed.'

'Ok voor 1 nachtje maar het is meer een motel. Een volgend keer zou ik meer downtown Provincetown verblijven. Schoon en functioneel maar geen value for money.'

'The 1 room appartment was very clean and well-equipped and allowed us to have breakfast & lunch in the room. The on-site sports facilities like the indoor and outdoor pool, kayak and bike rental & fitness center allowed us to adjust our program to the changing weather conditions. The nearby beaches (Crosby beach in Brewster, reachable by shuttle or bike and Skaket beach in Orleans, reachable by bike or car) are beautiful and great for day visits or sunsets. Brewster is perfectly located to visit...

'Our room turned out to be a condo in a townhouse accross the street. The condo could use a good firm cleaning and some upgrades. There is a free shuttle bus that runs during the day to bring you to all edges off the resort.'

'Overall our stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beach and pool were very nice. Our only downside was that the A/C in the room was not that efficient. The room always felt damp.'

'Housekeeping was excellent. The ice machine was broken but the had a cooler of ice that you could use instead. It’s a somewhat secluded location so it’s not noisy. They have a private beach and provide beach chairs. Walkable to several restaurants and a short drive to Harwich Port. The rooms are well kept and very updated. It had a full kitchen with whatever cooking equipment you needed and several containers to store food that we prepared.'

'We booked this room at the last minute for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale...

This was my first time in the cape cod area and i chosed the perfect hotel, i will be returning in the near future when i come visit this area again'
