'We go to Brighton yearly for the Racing Festival and this was the first time we stopped at Queens Hotel. It was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room when we went in was bigger than I expected, with everything in it. Very clean and a beautiful uninterrupted view of the sea. (We've lived for 70 years in the heart of England, only seeing the sea when we go away). Kettle, Iron & Board, lovely thick fluffy towels, nice pillows and a firm bed,...

'A lovely stay at the Charm Hotel. Very friendly receptionists who were more than happy to help with parking, bags, and any other issues. The room was big, comfy, and very clean. Could have done with two bottles of water in the room rather than one maybe, but I’m nit picking!! We would definitely come back when visiting Brighton, the location is brilliant and a short walk from all the best bits! Thank you for a great stay'

'The room wasn't the cleanest, we almost got transferred to a bunk bed room, there was a lot of noise and the spa was very crowded. However, a great location, and in the morning the spa was superb. Quite happy with our stay!'

'We loved our stay. We were welcomed wonderfully. The people were kind and warm, helpful, and attentive. Great location. The room we stayed in was beautiful and spacious with a privileged view.'

'Limited distance to the beach and pier was the reason of selection. With this in mind it is great value for money. People were friendly, but reception is not always present as this is a B&B. Lack of breakfast room was compensated with roomservice for a small extra. Well worth the money. Room was very small but clean and toilet in the hall was in line with the price.'
