I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. 'This house was the perfect choice for me and my family. We were attending a wedding at Mount Hope Farm and it was quite literally a minute down the road. The house was warm and inviting and VERY CLEAN. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Also, the bed I stayed in was possibly THE MOST COMFORTABLE I’ve ever slept in. 'Good location, good communication, recommend'

'We verbleven twee nachten, met z’n vijven in het huis. Het is een erg net huis goede bedden en een slaapbank. De slaapbank is voor twee nachten prima, maar niet heel comfortabel. We hadden de verhuurders nodig voor een klein probleem, ze reageerde erg snel en losten ons probleem direct op. Waarvoor dank! '

'The house was as advertised. The living area was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient for walking to the waterfront and to downtown Bristol. We enjoyed the front porch and the ease of working with the owner. With the exception of a second bathroom, the house had everything we needed. We'd stay here again!'

'First impression when entering the building was not good as very difficult for more than one person to enter with baggage. I had to step into hallway and close door to get by then open for the next person, etc. Recommend changing door in-swing direction. Apartment space was adequate, very clean and nicely decorated. Patio space was also very nice although we did not have time to use. Bathroom was nice with exception of the sink which was very tiny and not practical. Location was excellent....

'This was our first trip to RI. The home was old but perfect for that setting. Great location in Bristol walking distance to bars, restaurants and the river. Our hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. If my daughter decides to go the Law School here we will definitely be back.'

'I do not recommend this place. We got almost no sleep our entire visit, there aren't real blinds on the bedroom windows - the blinds have gaps and don't block out light. The light from large liquor store sign across the street kept us up all night. The picture I included of the window was taken at 3 am, it's very bright.
