'The location destroyed my rating of this hotel. It was a scary area! No walking unless you want to walk over the people sleeping on the street. The hotel tries with a modern Vegas strip feel. Hot pink, black and grey decor. Front desk staff was really nice. Pool area was pretty funky. Very nice. Was way too cold to swim. Maybe rethink the freaky blue mannequins looking in the bedroom windows on the 2nd floor…where we were. Would not return. '

'Its was perfect from the jump the wonderful lady at front desk Andrea was so helpful. We had a great conversation because both of us being fellow Alaskans. Gave me "Guest of the day" and late check out. The room was amazing and clean. All the amenities that this hotel has especially the spa so relaxing and exhilarating. I am definitely making this every 2 to 3 weeks staycation. Love it!'

'Staff was great very friendly. I want to shout out to the front desk lady that worked nights on Saturday to Sunday morning. She deserves a tip and very hospitable and approachable. Yaniel was great at the valet always had a smile and welcomed me back with that same smile. Definitely will be back. '

'Friendly front desk. Clean rooms, next to the mall and plenty of food options available. Both restaurants in the hotel are pretty good. '

'I haven’t seen housekeeping come to clean our room for the past three days. I was told they are short-staffed, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for not cleaning the room. At the very least, they could have taken out the trash.'
