'The rooms were well kept. The concierge was attentive. A few technical issues but they were quickly resolved by the hospitality team. Only takeaway would be that the bathroom doesn't have a ventilation system for when you take hot showers.'

'Friendly staff, quick check-in/out. Was conveniently located downtown. Lots of parkings, we parked our car ourselves and did not go with Valet. Two day parking was $40. Pool is nice on the rooftop but don’t expect you can take a swim. It’s really just to “stand” in water. Rooms are cleaned on request and which is something we noticed more post-covid traveling. We request a clean and it was nicely done. Recommend this hotel. '

'Hotel was very well decorated for the price of the rooms. Room was very clean. One issue with a/c not working but management was quick to move me to another room. Seemed other guests had same issues in other rooms. Both rooms had great views of downtown Dallas. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Large variety of foods and drinks available. Despite being next to Dart rail the hotel and rooms were very quiet. A definite choice for my next visit. '
