'The air conditioning doesn’t stay on. The thermostat goes down to 64 but the temperature wouldn’t go below 69 which made it pretty warm to try and sleep.'

'I was told I would get a text when my room was ready, I never did and while sitting in lobby hours later watched multiple guests get their rooms. I was told as an Expedia VIP, there would be a bottle of wine waiting for me in my room. There was none. The bed made a loud creaking noise every time I moved. Outlets next to the bed were very loose. While the location was great; not worth the money'

'Incredibly clean hotel with lovely personnel. Even though some things were a bit dated, the cleanliness made all up for that. Also the complimentary breakfast was a good wat to start the day. '

'There is no staff on property, not a big deal. The room was super nice. I did however find a dirty facecloth hanging in the shower curtain. I only stayed one night so I just set it aside. Other than that, room was amazing, clean, smelled great. Soft sheets. Was what I needed for one night. Great price as well.'

'Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.'

'Our first room had ants crawling in it, the second room they assigned to us was not cleaned, and the third room had one bed that looked suspiciously dirty so we bit the bullet and slept in the other bed. Do not recommend this hotel. The walls were dirty and overall was odorous.'

'Property had a decent hotel and breakfast was very good. Room itself was good, bathroom tub had mold, bed was hard almost like sleeping on a box spring, pillows were also terrible flat and almost. drapes didn’t close.'
