'Overall the property is nice and close to the beach but not on the beach. Just a short walk through Hurricane Moe’s parking lot. The hotel is updated and very clean. The pictures of the pool are misleading. The pool is not very big. The housekeeping crew was great! Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Overall a great price for the hotel. Hard to stay in a hotel without a kitchen, but great for a shorter stay. '

'We had a very good stay and all the employees were amazing except for the breakfast lady I think her name was Sean. She was very nasty to my daughter and her boyfriend. She swore and was upset they were getting food 10 minutes before they close. She started to clean before the hours were done and even stayed right behind them cleaning up after them with them still getting food. I was not there or I would have said something. I did speak to the manager about it but from what I heard she was nasty...

'The location was perfect for what we needed for our trip. We will definitely be back. The front desk personal was truly helpful along with other staff. We loved our stay, if we didn't have to go back to work, we would have stayed longer.'

'The cabin was a perfect place to go to sleep after staying out all day on the beach. Close to Fat Boys for ice cream and some of our favorite restaurants. Although advertised as “soundproof walls” our experience was otherwise, could definitely hear our neighbors very clearly through the walls. No complaints, would stay there again with my wife on another long weekend on the Outer Banks!!'
