'Nice and quiet'

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'The property was well maintained: clean, neat, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast checked all the boxes. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family alike.'

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

Seems like there were several options available facing Silas Creek Parkway. Hot water for shower was poor. Difficult to get into and out of tub. Property was definitely outdated. Parking was sufficient because it appeared there were limited guests. Unable to get room serviced at 2:10 because due to limited rooms to clean, housekeeping staff had left for the day....

'We enjoyed our stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, it was quiet, and it felt safe. Breakfast was basic: we arrived at 8.15 and most of the warm dishes were empty already, just some scrambled eggs were left, but there was yoghurt, bread, pancakes, etc.'
