'The hotel is a historical property and we enjoyed seeing the decor and architecture. I thought there was a good balance in maintaining historical accuracy and convenience. Along with that it is a 100+year old building that is going to smell old and be harder to clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and trying very hard. 'The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus drivers were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is older but nice. I liked our room having no carpet. Location was near everything - easily walkable. '

'5 STAR HOTEL! The hot tub was HOT and jets WORKED, overall felt amazing! Pool was not freezing, and could easily swim laps. We stayed in a room that had the jacuzzi, and it was AMAZING!! Jets were hard and water was exactly the temp you chose it to be. The shower had great pressure, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. This was by far, one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in!! '
