'We have stayed at the Arlington for years. This trip was terrible. The carpet in the room was completely nasty. The walls were filthy. Paint was chipped. I was extremely disappointed. It used to be such a beautiful property. We did enjoy the lobby area, as always. But the room was unacceptable. '

'The floor was so filthy our socks were black. The floor also had crumbs and animal crackers on it, the shower had hair and a bug and the blow dryer was so gross, even a bleach wipe would not clean it. We told the front desk the next morning. When we returned late that night, we had a new blow dryer, but the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned and still hair in the shower. We called, someone came up with a broom and dust pan and asked us where to clean the floor and was then going to spray a...

'We stayed in a corner room and it was spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful and everyone we encountered spoke and was very friendly. Highly recommend! '

'The beds were TERRIBLE! They were sunken in and weren’t comfortable at all. Definitely need to be replaced. My room wasn’t ready at check in so I had to wait more than an hour AFTER check in to get my room. It was on the first floor close to the lobby and loud. '

'We always enjoy this property when we stay here! The children love the swimming pool and sand play area. My husband enjoys fishing at the lake. And plus there are a lot of entertainment and food areas located in the area. The carpet had minor stains, but nothing we couldn’t get over. Especially since the place is a little older. Parking is great as long as you remember to put your parking tag in your window. We’ll definitely go back '
