'This hotel is beautiful! The history and the fact that its 100 yrs old- gorgeous! I had a bath while there- highly recommend it! I will be back!'

'The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because unfortunately, our room had bed bugs… I woke up around 3 am and my arm was tore up. I immediately freaked out and found blood spots on the blanket. I took photos and went down stairs and the amazing desk clerk made sure to switch me rooms immediately, and took care of all our laundry for no charge. Then there was a guy running around saying the ( N word ) acting crazy and the staff once again hurried and took care of that and im greatly...

'This was our favorite stay on a 13-night cross-country trip. It was clean, nviting and comfortable with an excellent view of the lake. Keyless entry was quick and easy. We'd like to make it a destination stay in the future.'

'Centrally located to all the things we wanted to visit and do, bathhouse, shopping, restaurants...'

'When we first walked into the bedroom to take a bath, the showerhead fell down in pieces. There was no towel rack.'

'Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kaner was in goede staat. Alleen op de badkamer lag nog wat vuilnis van het vorige verblijf en er lagen meerdere haren. Voor de rest zeer netjes!'

'The hotel has good views.'

'All good'

'Good location, clean room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and helpful staff. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again.'

'We had a great stay here'

'We arrived at 1am and the laugh'

'A hidden gem of Hot Springs! It was such a fantastic spot for our family, it felt like we were staying in our own private cottage. Perfect distance to down town and all of the recommendations from the property were laminated and in a binder for us to flip through from food choices to hikes. They really did think of everything here and we will recommend this spot to anyone else who is looking to visit Hot Springs!'

'The best feature of this place is the view, it was peaceful and relaxing, but also close to the town. The annual Glow-in-the-row Halloween walk was really fun despite the light rain. Soaking in the famous spring water was great at the Quapaw bathhouse. This place is lconvenient 10 min drive to the town and the national park area for hiking. This is a good place to stay for the price.'
