'Prima hotel, aardig personeel '

'The ladies at the front desk, especially at night, were amazing. Super accommodating and very sweet. I’m so grateful she was able to help me after my situation with a different hotel. Breakfast was great, and the kept the area very clean and inviting. Thank you all for exceptional service.'

'Breakfast food and staff were first rate. Housekeeping was suspect. It took me two days to get my sheets changed. The desk clerk kept telling me that she had contacted housekeeping, but they never came that first day. Second day it was 4 pm before they came and the hotel was fairly empty then. Ice machines on first and second floors haven't worked for 4-5 days. Day before check out came back from lunch and shopping and my key card didn't work, had to go back down to get it reset. Very...

'Nice place and all was good. A bit pricey though.'

'This place was disgusting. The guy checking in started with an attitude. Then we get to a room where first of all the table is gross and dirty. The toilet bubbled up every time you flushed. Didn’t always work to flush. The “blanket” on the bed was as thin as a sheet. A bright spotlight was right outside the window. For 3 hours our first night, someone was banging doors shut and slamming stuff on the floor. There were bugs. Roaches to be exact. Multiple. Those are the ones we saw. The WiFi went...

'The mattress was too hard for us but breakfast was very good'

'We a checked in and the process was was seamless. We were greeted with a wonderful smile and helpful information. We had a very clean room all the linens and everything was so clean that I immediately felt comfortable. I wish I had had time to use their gym and pool but it was a two day stay. I will definitely be a return customer. We were allowed to check out an hour later to rest. Thank you to the wonderful staff!'

'Well, first I had asked for a room on first floor, which they had to change, but they did get it changed. It took a while. It was the exact same room I had stayed in before, but it was very dirty not cleaned at all. I don’t think they even changed the covers on the bed. The pillow smelt bad and there was dirt around the light switches and on the doors. It was pretty bad and it just smelled bad.'

'Het was compleet verlaten. Geen activiteiten, geen horeca, geen andere gasten. Achterstallig onderhoud, overal spinnenwebben. Kan beter helemaal sluiten in plaats van in deze staat toch gasten ontvangen. Het enige personeelslid dat er was, was wel vriendelijk.'

'Nice comfortable place to stay'
