'The hotel was overall a nice well kept facility and the staff were friendly. In fact they were very helpful in mailing back a book that had got misplaced in the room. The only issue we had was that despite reserving a king bed ten months earlier when we arrived they told us we had to have two queens. No other offer of upgrade, refund or explanation was given. Arriving on the day and expecting your choice of room is foolish, but ten months in advance should be enough to reserve a room for a night...

'was hier 4 dagen voor bezoeken indycar race in Newton en dirttrack in Knoxkville. Goede uitvalsbasis hiervoor. Verder standaard motel/hotel. Ruime kamer, schoon en prima ontbijt. Zou er volgende keer best weer willen verblijven.'

'This place is a very clean, quaint and quiet place. It has a farmhouse feel with all you need for sustainability. Communications with the owner was very simple and pleasant. I rented for approximately 2 months and would have stayed longer if it was available.'

'Great place! We (group of 5 women) stayed here in February 2026. It was perfect for us. One block from downtown shopping, restaurants and activities. We walked everywhere. Beds were comfortable, super clean (even the basement!), seating in the living room was great for conversation, kitchen was well stocked, nice coffee bar, bedrooms were large, driveway fit all 5 cars, great game room, plush towels, well stocked bathroom amenities (including black washcloths for makeup! Yes!), good water...

'Amenities were overall very accommodating. Truly enjoyed the kitchen and all of its extra snacks and the sodas and waters in the fridge. There are a couple kitchen/ dining room chairs that need mending (loose bolts underneath). Also the toilet downstairs was wobbly. But did truly enjoy our stay! '
