'We booked a DELUXE suite for 2 nights, First, they tried to put us in a room that's on a very far side of the resort, 1/2 mile from all the amenities of this resort, such as the water park, gym, etc, i.e. when you want to go there, you'd have to wait for a shuttle every time or walk half a mile in 100 degree heat, or drive your car, and then spend 40 minutes looking for a place to park (HUGE resort, but you can barely find spot to park!) So, I asked them to move us closer, they put us in room...

'We had an amazing stay here for 4 days. Excellent property to relax and rejuvenate. The JOYA spa was exceptional with professional staff. We felt pampered from the minute we walked in. We stayed to enjoy the salt water pool and ate lunch by the pool. Service, food and the pool were excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. When we asked for some extra items, it was no problem. Staff were very accommodating. Beautiful, beautiful property. We loved it.'
