'Very friendly, very clean'

'Staff was competent and efficient.'

'Overall great stay! We notified them in advance twice we had a dog coming with and would be arriving close to midnight, and was told no problem, and that all buildings were dog friendly except 1. When we arrived we found out they put us in the 1 non dog friendly building on accident - but it was so late at night they were in really accommodating given it was their mistake in the room assignments. 'Great location Good service Beautiful property Very comfortable'

'Your rooms pillows were awful- I had a very tough time falling asleep due to the most uncomfortable pillows and awoke with painful neck cramp.'

'Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. 'The place was clean but there was no remote for the tv when I asked for one they gave me one but it never turned the tv on. The pool is closed tell further notice. The parking lot needs work as does the outside furniture that was broken. The bread and bagels were very stale. The bed was clean and very comfortable'

'Good for one night - but I choose another hotel next time. Nothing around to eat'

'Room was nice and clean. Parked right outside our room. Breakfast was nice in the morning.'

'I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The property is maintained well.'

I just prayed to sleep and not get bed bugs it was so gross! I booked 4 rooms for us state XC qualifiers and all these rooms where equally as bad . So disappointed and was not worth the money. Will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to...
