I have issues sleeping. requested upper room away from noise and pets odors and dander due to issues. However, was booked in room on 2nd floor in front of the atrium area noise and waffle irons beeping people talking each morning awaking us. I had requested accommodations at front desk at check in as I had when booking and desk attendant was aware of request during check...

'Beautiful walking trail nearby. One elevator broken, long wait for the other. Staff member sent me outside to take the stairs but that door was locked from the outside. Do not get an accessible room, you will hear the working elevator squeak all night. Hall smelled like mildew. Room was very clean and spacious. '

'This is a nice hotel convenient to Duke and Durham. It has been renovated and the bathroom is very nice. It still is a bit tired in some areas, however. It was quiet. I would recommend this as a good value.'

'The room was dirty upon arrival. It was trashy and the revoked smelled as if someone just smoked . They also made me deposit $100 to get access to the room although I booked through Expedia. I asked for clean towels and bed spread and the representative was disrespectful. I drove 6 hours to the hotel and did not stay. I arrived at 6:54pm checked out 8pm. As I was checking out the lady did not seem to care or adjust my room situation. I did not deserve this treatment or messy room. I have proof...

'The staff was friendly, but the property is junk. The only thing that okay was the shower. The bathroom faucet sprayed all over and was rusty, the bed was THE WORST I have ever slept on, and the base was hard and squeaky. The place needs a major restoration. You get what you pay for, I guess. '

'Staff was nice. Rooms were OK. Bathroom: The shower situation is terrible. The curtains for the shower don’t go down to the floor. There’s little to no barrier between the shower and bathroom floor so the water just goes wherever. Disgusting. Beds/ living space: was OK. They don’t seem to clean the window areas which I thought was a little weird but hey that’s not terrible. There’s more but I’ll stop there. '
