'Staff was not helpful. Two days I asked to get room cleaned and no one ever showed up. Would not stay here again. I will get a room at Marriott from now on.'

'Floor in room was filthy - our feet were sticking to it and it smelled like stale urine. We had to ask for toilet paper as there was very little left on the roll. The bed was horribly uncomfortable - luckily my husband had the air mattress. We asked for cleaning supplies to clean the floor before sitting it up but they were locked up so he used wet towels to wipe it down. The shower had no where to place toiletries and there were no hooks to hang towels, or clothes for that matter. '

'The room was…interesting..the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, there was random hairs on the bed and random stains on the mattress god knows what those stains were, the pool towel were gross, the only thing that was good really was the staff, but book elsewhere '

'Staff were bend-over-backward helpful and worked together at all levels which was refreshing. The facility is being run to max profit with $6 liters of water and expensive wine and food for sale. The room was clean but there was no luggage rack for suitcases. '

'Everything was excellent, the room was clean, the food and staff at breakfast in the morning was lovely and the atmosphere in the hotel is so welcoming. There was on front desk person who wasn't particularly friendly and didn't even look at me when I was asking for some information. That hasn't been my experience in the past when I've stayed there.'

'SureStay Plus was not what I expected. It is decent if you are looking for a Motel. I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and friendly.'
