'The hotel property was very well kept, and the staff was excellent. I had a small emergency when I realized I forgot my phone charger. Around 10 p.m., I called the front desk to see if they sold any. The friendly lady at the front desk informed me they didn't. But she kindly offered to lend me her personal charger instead. Larger room with a full refrigerator and full freezer. IHG had a very small frig and freezer was tiny. They had more carts for luggage. IHG had only 3 for the whole building. We had to wait till one was available. Both had very quite location away from highway. Lastly they had a really good free...

'Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express (Covington) was wonderful. Rachelle is not only an outstanding AGM, but she ran the breakfast room each morning. It was clean, the food was hot, and she goes out of her way to make each early morning breakfast enjoyable. She just relates to everyone in a remarkable manner.'
