'Tops notch for being clean. This place is better than holiday inn IHG in the following way. Cleaner if you can believe that since IHG is clean too. A working outdoor pool. IHG was out of service. Larger room with a full refrigerator and full freezer. IHG had a very small frig and freezer was tiny. They had more carts for luggage. IHG had only 3 for the whole building. We had to wait till one was available. Both had very quite location away from highway. Lastly they had a really good free...

'Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express (Covington) was wonderful. Rachelle is not only an outstanding AGM, but she ran the breakfast room each morning. It was clean, the food was hot, and she goes out of her way to make each early morning breakfast enjoyable. She just relates to everyone in a remarkable manner.'

'The hotel property was very well kept, and the staff was excellent. I had a small emergency when I realized I forgot my phone charger. Around 10 p.m., I called the front desk to see if they sold any. The friendly lady at the front desk informed me they didn't. But she kindly offered to lend me her personal charger instead. She mentioned she’d be working the night shift and asked me to return it once my phone was fully charged.
Unfortunately, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up at 3 a.m. in...

'The staff was friendly and the room was clean except for the mini fridge but all I put in there was a bottle of coke so it was no big deal. We slept good and the free breakfast was good as well, everything was fresh. '

"Heerlijke tijd gehad. Alles goed op loopafstand. De binnenplaatst met het zwembad is erg sfeervol. Ontbijtbuffet was erg goed elke dag iets anders in de warme bakken."
"Net, schoon hotel midden in het centrum op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Valet parkeren dus geen parkeerproblemen. Vanwege de locatie natuurlijk wel gehorig maar voor ons niet storend. Dus als je centraal in New Orleans wilt zitten in een comfortabel hotel dan kan je dit hotel gerust boeken."
