'When we checked in the staff was very kind and helpful. A few hours later I tried ordering food from the bar. The employee was so rude I told him just to cancel it and went out and picked something up to bring back to the room. We were traveling from Texas to Michigan. We had planned to leave early in the morning after getting their free buffet breakfast. It was supposed to open at 6 AM. We were told the "woman was running late". We waited until 7:20 AM.
