'Perfect location to explore Santa Fe! '

'Delightful relaxing stay. A must for anyone visiting Santa Fe.'

'This place is almost on the original plaza; it almost couldn’t be closer and it’s near everything. The adjoining restaurants and bar were super and convenient. The suite was great and locally flavored; a fireplace! They need better breakfast, though.'

'Room very calm and clean. Nice environnement.'

'Highly recommended! Great staff!'

Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...

'Very quiet and the room was amazing.'

'Location, staff, breakfast - all great!'

'We checked in with two young kids around 10:30pm after our flight got in. Upon checking into our room we realized it was dirty. There was a used robe on the bed and neither bed was made. No clean towels in the bathroom and a visibly dirty shower mat. We went to the front desk to be switched into a clean room so we could move on with our night and get our young kids cleaned up and put to bed. The options we were given was to either wait 30+ minutes while they cleaned the room or switch to a room...
