'Just got back from our 2nd trip to this amazing resort. We love the convenience of the location. This resort has everything that you could want in a family resort. Ideally there are various pool locations and you are not spoiled for choice in getting a spot for sun or shade at any of the pools. It is a large resort but easy walking between pool locations. We especially loved the lazy river. We didn't venture to the slides but I'm sure they would be a blast. They have so much to do for the kids,...

'I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort.
The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism.
The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say...
