'I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The problems started at check-in, where the front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. The employee helping us stopped halfway through our check-in to take a phone call, leaving us waiting nearly 40 minutes before returning with no apologies or additional information about the resort.
Our room wasn’t ready for almost 4 hours. While I understand delays happen, what was frustrating was being told...

'The resort was OK. The food was good, but you could tell the property needed some updates for basic wear and tear. The worst part was the staff. Most ever unhelpful and just stood around, especially at check-in. When someone finally helped us, it was a sprint and they didn't even tell us about some of them perks they offered since it was our Honeymoon, that we found out about later. For me, I wouldn't go back because of the poor service.'

'My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.

'Op deze plantage zit je midden in de natuur van Saint Lucia. Een stuk of 10 huizen en alle faciliteiten, dankzij ook de dagbezoekers. Je hebt een paar wandelingen in de directe omgeving, waarbij een prachtig uitzicht op de Pitons de beloning is. Een auto is handig, maar met lokale bussen kom je ook een eind. '

'Nice hotel, nice views, perfect beach for swimming with no sargassum (unlike the south coast that got whacked).
Of note; almost all rooms require the shuttle. It is well run and wait times are usually only a couple minutes, occasionally up to 10 minutes. It does however provide an additional barrier between the room and the beach.
