'The resort was nice but I didn't get there & say oh my gosh this is amazing or this is paradise. Open air lobby very cool. Nice vibe. Staff all very nice. Close to airport but
secluded location. Need a service to go anywhere and far from any towns (1+ hrs).Views from 2-4 floor amazing. Resort might be too big, Beach bar and beach activity center too far of a walk away from the main lobby. Nothing is communicated very well. People don't participate in activities cause they don't announce them....

Staff were very helpful and competent.
The room was clean and roomy.
The location is ideal, walking distance from groceries, restaurants and shops.
I would go back to this hotel any day!'

'Allereerst een compliment voor de gehele staff. Niets was teveel en iedereen erg attent en warm. Mijn advies neem junior swim up suite all inclusiv want alles maar dan ook alles zit erin. Geen verrassingen na afloop. Het eten is uitzonderlijk goed. Ontbijt ,lunch ,snacks cocktail of dinner alles is gewoon hoge kwaliteit. Verder in de omgeving geen restaurants van enige kwaliteit te vinden. Afstanden met GPS echt met 2x de tijd verdubbelen want rijden most gewoon meer tijd ivm staat vd weg en...

'The property was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice, and the air conditioning was excellent. However, the resort has no elevators, and when I booked the stay, I noted that the trip was to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday. They put us on the third floor, and it took 3 days to move us to the first floor. We never found the water park for which they gave us free passes.'

'This was our first time in St. Lucia and it was fantastic. The Stonefield property is beautiful and the people (Fiera!) are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Ocean/Piton view villa Flamboyant (#3 on the resort map) and it was fantastic. Very private and secluded. Wonderful views of the ocean and petit piton at the same time. 'My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
