'I have only wonderful things to say. Everyone was so very lovely and helpful. I loved Shakina, the hostess in the dining hall, real down to earth. Attie, was so helpful when organizing an excursion. The entertainment team was great, I especially had a great time with Kimani and Elzea. As much as I bothered Emanie at the front desk, he never seemed bothered, he’s most pleasant. There are so many activities scheduled everyday, throughout the day.

'Marigot Beach Club is mij tegen gevallen. Het eten was erg slecht, daarmee bedoel ik het ochtend ontbijt. S'avonds viel ook het warm-eten heel. ik probeerde lokaal voedsel te eten, zelf dat viel tegen. Na het avondeten kreeg ik de rekening, dit was vrij-prijzig het was het helemaal niet ward. 'My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.

'The apartment is one of many apartments in this marina ‘shopping center’ and next to it is a cul-de-sac that is used as a taxi stand. So next door we have loud music and exhaust fumes coming from waiting taxis and also shouting taxi drivers. Sitting with an open window draws in all these Caribbean sounds and smells ;) therefore we rely on aircon. The balcony has the same problem.
