'The rooms were clean and the area is quiet. A very short drive to Pilot Mtn for hiking, which was the reason for our trip. The breakfast menu was limited, the coffee was not very good.'

'Property allowed pets but I didn't have one. Water on floor behind camode, (leaking? Don't know ). Small refrigerator was sitting directly on the floor not on table. '

'Such a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful location. We drove up from Florida for a wedding near Pilot Mountain, and we're so glad we chose "A Mighty Oak" for our stay. Todd kindly offered to take us for a mini tour of the farm to see the cows, chickens and pigs. Our daughter fell in love with "Heart" (the special cow with a unique marking on her face; you'll just have to visit them to see where her name comes from). Our morning walks were fun and refreshing, as we enjoyed the slightly cooler...

'The property is super cool and unique! Sitting out on the deck was amazing.....surrounded by nature....family of swans, blue heron, and even some deer across the stream.The inside couch is a worn and covered in blankets to hide the wear and tear.....other than that the place was clean.If you plan on using the hot tub, i would recommend bringing extra towels. There are 6 bath towels (small bath towels), but no extras for the hot tub if 6 guests are staying.All in All.....great place! Would...

'We stayed in Mt Pilot because it was a halfway point to our beach trip. The condo was very nice and spacious. Everything was really nice and the bed was really comfortable. Main Street is a very short walk and has a huge antique store and some restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning for our next trip.'

'The property was adorable! Brand new and super clean! There was a cute Main Street with shops but there was a man water break so everything was closed . Would have loved trying a few places out. We did spend some time at JOLO Vineyard..highly recommend! With views of Pilot Mountain! '
