'The 1 problem that we had the whole time we stayed in this downstairs apartment was the uncomfortable, chilly temperature we could not regulate. There is no separate thermostat for the area where we were staying so our temperature depended on what it was in the main house above us. The cold air that we felt when walking in at night after being away all day was not comfortable for sleeping. We were visiting WNY in July from our home in Georgia where we don't have our thermostat set that low...

'It was centrally located for us during our 10 day visit. We were able to visit friends and family without the long drives. Very roomy area that was away from the main house.'

'Amazing stay in a great location! Everything about our stay was wonderful. My husband especially loved the massage chair, it was definitely the highlight of our Buffalo trip! Everyone enjoyed the incredibly comfortable beds, soft and absorbent towels, and relaxing hot tub.Keith was a fantastic host and was wonderful and prompt with his communication. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Buffalo area, and I would personally...

'Overall wonderful experience'

'Lovely home and very homey - exactly as described!'

'No concerns. Everything as stated. '

'Beautiful home in Lancaster - comfortable, spacious and full of character. Conveniently located and easy to navigate the area whether walking or driving. Amazing ice cream spot just around the corner (Frosty’s). The surrounding area is quiet and charming. The host responded to questions immediately and was gracious with our checkout when our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay at this home again.'

'Carol's cape was perfect for our small group. We were in town for the Ride for Roswell. Carol established direct contact which was very helpful and immediately responded to our questions. Carol made extra arrangements so that we could securely store our bikes before and after the ride in the garage. The place is cozy, spotless, and well furnished. Very convenient location and the rate was a real deal.Highly recommend.'

'The host was wonderful and the home was spotless. The attention to detail was remarkable. The quaint village of Lancaster was only a 2 minute walk and provided everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Prima hotel, goede service.'

'The property was very old and outdated, although they were working to do some upgrades there was no advance notice of how bad of shape the property was in based on the pictures. Staff was very non-engaging the room was okay but old and outdated it will be interesting to see what the property looks like when they finish the renovation'

'Young man doing the breakfast was yelling at guest very rude'

'Everything are perfect 👌 👍!'

'Bathroom fan sounded like a tornado as did flushing the toilet. Shots did not fit the bed.'
