'Very cozy and clean but needs to be rearranged for space and needs more places to put suitcases and things in bathroom have no room. Mirror isn't over sink and plug for hairdryer is really low. Ladder in middle of the room takes up too much space. Did have alot of ammenities for kitchen if needed.'

'The hotel was just average. My room didn’t have a working smoke alarm although they were supposed to fix it the day we were out all day. They didn’t. The room shouldn’t have been used I think. The worst part was it’s right next door to the Hospitality Inn on Transit Rd in Williamsville and that place must rent out to families or by the month, because the kids running around were really noisy and the windows did not keep out sound very well. The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad too....

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'I got to the hotel and they weren't sure if they had any rooms available, who was in what room, whether they had been cleaned. They sent someone to go look at the rooms and they had them on the phone like "that's the piss room, that's the other piss room" and then a lady came up to the lobby and said that it was the third time that day someone had walked into her room, like they'd given the wrong key out three times to an occupied room. It was honestly comedically awful.'
