'Fantastic family vacation! Plenty of space for 13 people and a dog. Great central location for all our activities- kayaking, wineries, picknpatch farm, and spotted duck ice cream. Pauline was an awesome host! Then of course there was the spectacular view!!Will definitely visit again if in the finger lakes.'

The house was clean and stocked with soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were plenty of yard games to choose from as well. TVs were large and equipped with Roku. The biggest dissapointment was the kitchen. It was small and many of the appliances were quite old. The dishwasher barely worked. We also had a hard time finding equipment we needed. ...

'This is a wonderful little cottage right on the lake. We loved the decor and the home had everything we needed available. Our family of four split the home with another family of four and there was plenty of room. Our biggest wish for the property was access to boats to enjoy the lake in the fall. '

'Great view of the lake with many windows. We stayed during the winter and were sad to not be able to enjoy the porch and yard. We loved the open kitchen dinning room with a large table was perfect for our group. A few of the group complained of beds not being very comfortable. 'This house was PERFECT for our wine tasting weekend! And Hosts were WONDERFUL. This will be my first choice going forward to stay in the fingerlakes! '

'We loved the lake and the bbq deck. The house was very clean and everything was there for a great Holiday. If you come from the big city everything is good. If you are used to more quiet surroundings, this might be not for you. There is a noisy road behind the house that you can hear inside as well. Also if you don't want to wake up at six, bring something to cover your eyes because the curtains are very light.'

'My husband and I stayed one night and were very excited to stay in our first tiny house. We were quickly disappointed to find there was no body wash or soap. After inquiring and being told where extras were, to find there was none, the owner’s response was basically a lighthearted “I guess the previous guests took it with them and I’ll be sure to restock it in the future”. Not helpful for our stay at all. The toilet seat was broken, and its bowl disgusting. The bathroom door came off its track...

'The property itself was very nice, We did not appreciate the difficulty of getting in. It took over an hour in rain to get the door open. The combination lock did not work and it took 3 phone calls to finally learn where there was a lock box in the back with a key.'
