'Letterlijk resten van “nummer 2” in het toilet. De kamer werd wel verwisseld na 15 minuten wachten bij de balie. Het tapijt is duidelijk maanden dan geen jaren gereinigd, meubelen zijn oud en versleten, douche gordijn hing er duidelijk ook al langere tijd en was smerig. De kamer waarin wij verbleven heeft een goede grondige schoonmaak beurt nodig'

'We loved our recent stay with my husband and 2 kids at Element Spring Valley! The hotel is lovely. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. Room was big and nicely air conditioned. The staff was very accommodating. Special thanks to Bilal and Youdish! Best staff around! Definitely give this hotel a try when ever you are around Nanuet! And stop by Rockland Bakery nearby for a really cool experience, as well! '

'This place is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures. When you walk through the front door, you are immediately greeted with an amazing view of the Hudson River. The sunrise over the river is beautiful. We easily went back and forth over the bridge to Sleepy Hollow and there are great restaurants right near the house. Would definitely stay here again.'
