'Make no mistake, the grounds are beautiful. The original mansion is also beautiful. However, it is very modern and the addition of recent structural additions to accommodate an increasing number of guests does diminish the property from the magic it claims. Imagine an old mansion property where the atmosphere ends at the door to your room because as soon as you enter the room, you’re now staring at a Hilton or Comfort Inn.'

'We had a clean room. Breakfast was descent. Front desk was nice and helpful. Easy check in and out.'

'The room was clean. There is not a breakfast buffet. There is not a pool. There is a gym. They say convince area but no one working the area. The registration people were always busy. Music blasting in the lobby and because it’s pet friendly there were dogs barking at all hours. Only two towels for a family of four.'

'do not park in the street, white plains does not allow overnight parking. the fee is $20 but you would have to move the car by 8am. the $25 parking fee is great because this hotel offers a 12pm checkout time'

'Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here'

'I booked a room with three separate beds for three senior citizen men. The room was not provided, only room available was a King and fold out coach. They did provide a fold out bed. This was unacceptable and we asked for a second room and was told that they were completely sold out. The empty garage and sparse crowd at breakfast the next day makes me question that.'

'Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below...

'Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return.'

'After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...
