'The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)'

'Everyone was very nice. The outside was beautiful and slightly misleading. The interior was dated, difficult to navigate and disappointing considering the price. Free WiFi was nice though. We got stuck in a first floor room but had to take two flights of stairs and an elevator to get there. Room walls are paper thin. I was disappointed in the facilities but EVERYONE I encountered there was phenomenal!'

'The staff was amazing, helping and knowledgeable 🤗. The room was very comfortable and nice, however I do have one feedback is to upgrade the TV for one of the rooms and mini fridge for the other room because it wasn't working properly. Overall it was was a great experience for me, my boyfriend and my family, thank you so much for you're amazing service and hospitality. We will definitely come back 😁'
