'The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. 'The best part of our stay was the friendliness of the woman who checked me in. Very nice. The room? I'm sorry to say, not so much. An immediate smell of beer hit you when u walked in. While the room was clean, the basic amenities were poor - a lamp that once turned on, couldn't be turned off all night. 'First of all the ad is deceiving that there is a fitness gym and pool when in fact these are not opened and in active working condition. Second, when I got to my room there were just lot of missing things and items such as chair for the table, ironing board, ice bucket, microwave. And the following day when I came back from work, my contact lens case is missing. I reported it to the front desk staff immediately and the following day they said that the housekeeper didn’t see any contact lense...

'Extremely run down!!!! Wallpaper was peeling in my room, bathroom vanity was in rough shape, tub was old, and the carpet was disgustingly gross!!!! Mattress seemed real old. Extremely disappointed for a Hampton inn!!!! Sidewalk is literally crumbling. Didn’t even have a diet soda for me to purchase. The eggs were like rubber pancakes.'

'Property was located near many retailers and eateries, hotel was clean, it was under renovations, but other than seeing workers moving materials you would not know it. I can't say for sure, but I believe our room was one of the rooms which had been renovated based on the condition of the furnishings. Kitchen was very nice and is a plus for anyone with an extended stay.'

'Well, it’s almost as if on the weekend the hotel doesn’t know it’s a hotel but the rooms are spotless. The property is the most beautiful property I’ve ever seen, but it’s very arbitrary if they want to serve food that day or not or even if the bar is open and signage is just terrible but other than that, it really is a fabulous location a fabulous price and a fabulous hotel'
