'We had a terrible experience. The shower and toilet in the bathroom were broken, everything except the bedding was filthy and dirty, and the furniture was broken and stained. There was no elevator. The staff was helpful, but the hotel is in terrible condition. It doesn't deserve its stars.'

'The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. They could speak English, and were so kind. The view from the pool is second to none. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast being included was perfect for our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want quiet and a beautiful view with incredible pool. It’s far from the ports and straight uphill so we used the golf cart taksi. Don’t walk or bike unless you are in incredible shape in my opinion!'
