'Cottage is larger than it appears in the pictures. Host was very responsive. Marina next door has friendly staff with easy and delicious food options. Great spot from which to explore the area!'

'Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! '

'Nice long weekend getaway. The house was comfortable and clean. It was a good location—2 min drive to East Matunuck Beach and close enough to Route 1 to get to Wakefield and Narragansett easily. '

'We visited here for a weekend in the Mystic area. Our daughter joined us for an evening and the home was cozy and comfortable for 3 adults. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host was always timely. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and everything was within arms reach. The home is located in a great spot and enabled us to enjoy many surrounding areas. Pawcatuck/Westerly, Mystic, Watch Hill... all were very close so this was a perfect base of...

'We had a fantastic stay at "The Wakefield". Our extended family of 15 people from ages of 18 to 90 and two small dogs had a fabulous time. The location was fantastic. It is within a couple blocks of downtown Wakefield with its cute shops, art studios, WWII museum and Brinkley's ice cream and it is just a half-hour to Newport for fun day excursions, and within 10 minutes to some wonderful RI Beaches. 'The property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and you can tell that the owners have put a lot of love into the house. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had prior to arriving and while we were staying there.The view from the 2nd floor of the ocean and Block Island is amazing! It is approx. .25 mile walk to Grenn Hill Beach...so very convenient.'

'The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. '
