'Our family of four had a nice stay here for three nights over 4th of July weekend. The property was clean and as listed and we appreciated the sweet gift the owners left us. Note to bring linens, towels, toiletries (I should have brought a blowdryer and laundry pods), and if you have kids, bring blackout curtains, the rooms are bright in the summer even with the blinds. '

'We had a great stay at this immaculate house in a perfect location. The house was in terrific condition, everything new and clean. It was super helpful that soaps, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, etc. were provided. Host was extremely responsive via text message when needed. Only very minor suggestions would be to include washcloths along with the provided towels, and also to provide a small guidebook for the house (what to do with trash/recycling and linens/towels at end of trip, where to...

'Great location, amenities on property, deck, etc….. the one negative was the C+ at best on how clean it was. I know that’s the cleaning crew. They certainly need to do better for what you’re paying and charging. A pretty steady amount of women’s long hair all around. I’d look to change cleaning companies. When 5 dudes notice it’s not real clean upon check in, that’s clearly a C at best.'
