There was a lot of stuff that needs improvement including a broken shade in the upstairs bathroom, no shade in the downstairs bathroom, disconnected slats in the bedframe in one of the bedrooms, TV remote with dead batteries, lamps missing the knobs to turn them on and off, missing bulbs in some of those same lights, no outside light in the back of the house, disconnected door on a kitchen cabinet, loose panels on the baseboard heaters, and bedside tables that...

'Back porch doors, despite the dead bolt, blew open in the night and again in the morning. No top sheets on beds. No hand clothes in the bathroom. The place was very clean. '

The house was spotless, very nicely decorated, had very comfortable beds and the bath towels were luxurious. The dining table had ample seating for our card playing crowd. 'We stayed here for UMass Family weekend which is about 40 minutes away. The home is beautifully decorated (many indoor plants), very well-equipped and has wonderful outdoor landscaping. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need. David is excellent for communication and the on-site manager Willy is equally as fantastic. I’d honestly give the experience 10 stars. Everything was so easy, we would definitely stay here again!!'
