'Great clear communications, easy check-in, SUPER easy check-out :). Every convenience you'd expect in a large home yet in a compact space without it appearing crowded. Amazing how they have a bed, couch with lounger, large TV, hidden full sized washer and dryer AND kitchen in one pleasant efficient space. Super cute updated bath. Nice and cool despite record heat & humidity. Our only regret is that we weren't around enough to use the porch, deck or yard.'

'This was a dream spot for KC. The property was just outside of the city but was quaint and quiet as if we were an hour outside of town. The view is so perfect for a night on the rooftop to catch up and the hot tob was ideal after many hours of travel. Jessica was so friendly, easy to contact, and quick to respond. Check in and check out were so easy! Would recommend every time!'

'We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable'

'We couldn’t have asked for a better home base to explore Kansas City. We loved the tree-lined neighborhood and huge green space/park for morning walks. We were minutes away from great food and great art and awesome vintage stores (and any other kind of shopping you’d want to do.) The updated first floor unit was clean and comfy and equipped with plenty of towels, kitchenware and bedding. Loved it.'

'Very cozy place. I don't know KC very well but it seemed like we were close to everything. Quiet neighborhood, the only thing we could hear were the cicadas and birds. Loved it. This place is furnished with everything you need and more. '

'We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. Only recommended items would be paper towels, kleenex and a pizza cutter. We would stay again if Comps...
