It was perfect for our quick trip to KC for a Sporting game. The host was extremely kind and very responsive! We would stay there again!'

'The home is beautiful, on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, and the living room has several areas for conversation and watching television. We ventured into Kansas City (only a few minutes away) and were impressed with the ease of getting around with this home as our base. We were visiting our daughter and her Kansas family, and had them over for Christmas dinner (arranged ahead of time). They all raved about how nice the house is, and how beautifully it is set...

'We (8 adults 2 children) were here from TN for a wedding. The house was a great option for us! The boys enjoyed the backyard! Grocery store within walking distance.'

'This property was great for our group. It was the perfect size and location for our needs. (+)We enjoyed that each bedroom area had its own bathroom space. The kid area downstairs was a favorite place to gather and play. The kitchen was very handy and accessible. (-)We thought that though the living room furniture looked great, it lacked comfort. And while we would have liked to use the baby swing, the harness was not intact. Overall, we had a great stay here and would recommend/return.'

'Kozy in KC was the perfect home away from home for great grandparents to visit their great grandkids. The furnishings are lovely yet functional. The coffee bar!! The showers have everything you need plus plenty of fluffy towels. I could go on and on. They have thought of every nice touch.'

'We had a great stay! This house was perfect for us. We had up to 5 people at the house with us and it was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful quiet neighborhood, just as advertised. Out in the country but just minutes from everything you need. Well stocked, very comfortable beds, loved the showers. We used the main appliances, and all worked including the washer and dryer which was a must for our stay. Kerry was very quick to answer the few questions we had. We will definitely plan future...

'Such a comfy place! Only thing that was a little off to us was no door on the master bath. My husband, daughter and son in law stayed for a family trip and were able to park 2 vehicles, so much so close if needed. We opt for these sorts of accommodations when we travel and this one didn't disappoint.'

The house was very maintained and cleaned prior to our arrival. There was plenty of room for our large group and a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful.
